When fully implemented, ProjectCentre becomes a significant Management tool for any project. To get the most benefit, an understanding of the entire project and processes is required. At ProjectCentre, we have developed a comprehensive program to bring the project team together and identify the specific requirements for each project. Our IT Consultants are all trained and experienced in the project support and management. This support process goes far beyond configuring ProjectCentre and training users.

The project rollout process is designed to:

Identify: 

Identify all issues associated with working in a collaborative environment. Many issues do not directly relate to ProjectCentre but their identification and resolution will make project rollout smoother.

Offer:

Offer advice based on previous history on how to resolve Collaborative issues. Many of these issues are contractually based and have a bearing on how a collaboration system will need to operate.

Identify:

Identify all requirements needed to make Project Collaboration a successful reality and how those needs are achieved using ProjectCentre. Once the project is established and general users are trained in their required levels of competency, projects generally benefit from ongoing support consultancy services.

These services will cover:

An ongoing review process for IT consultants to make recommendations to improve the communication and workflow processes for the project.

Integration with third party systems. The advanced automatic data forward options in ProjectCentre make it easy to integrate data communicated via ProjectCentre to be integrated with external database software.

Basic support and training as new users start work on the project.

Because many users are not computer or software experts, ProjectCentre has been designed to be simple and intuitive. Basic functionality is made obvious with user instructions highlighted. To make ProjectCentre work at its most efficient, Project Administrators with the assistance of our Support Consultants can configure ProjectCentre to follow the requirements of different users. This means that occasional users are presented initially with the view of information that is appropriate to them.
